Shipping Policy
- Australian customers do not pay postage. If you would like registered post please email me first and I will advise the cost.
- Shipping within Australia is next day post (conditions apply)
- Massive Empire provides shipping to all over the world but please email me first to ask how much to your town.
- All orders of in-stock merchandise will ship from our side within 1 day of receipt of order. You should then receive it in 10 to 20 business days internationally and 3-7 days Australia wide. Shipping times will vary internationally
- For refunds, we will issue a refund of your purchase within 14 business days for the original purchase price of the item being returned minus shipping cost. Should the return be due to defect or erroneous shipment, we will pay the shipping costs to send a product or repaired product back to you.
Exchanging Size
If you order the ring which size is not fit, we will be happy to offer you an exchange.
- You will pay the shipping fee by PayPal.
- Email us at karyn@massiveempire.me to notify us of the return, as well as a return address.
- Return the original one to the address : 28 Kintore Street, Thebarton, SA 5031. Items should be returned in packaging that keeps it from damage.
- After receiving the ring, we will post the new one to you within 1 business day.
